Call for Posters
Serve as a representative of your organization or university by bringing your battery, hybrid, plug-in and/or fuel cell program materials that can be displayed in the poster session throughout the conference.
About the Poster
Session:
Because updates from
electric drive programs and projects remain a
top priority for conference attendees, this
year’s “Poster Pavilion” will showcase
information from battery, hybrid, plug-in, and
fuel cell programs and demonstration projects
from around the world. Posters will be on
display in the exhibit hall starting Tuesday,
December 2 at 10:00am until Thursday, December
4 at 2:00pm. Poster participants are
encouraged to interact with delegates and media
in the Poster Pavilion during the conference
Welcome Reception and other catered events in
the hall, and answer questions. Poster
guidelines will be issued in advance.
Where/When is the poster
session?
Posters will be displayed
during the EDTA Conference in the Poster
Pavilion in the exhibit hall. Poster
participants are encouraged to be in the Poster
Pavilion during the conference Welcome
Reception and other catered events in the hall
to interact with other conference delegates and
media to answer questions.

Pavilion?
The EDTA Conference
Poster Pavilion is an opportunity for industry
and academic representatives, students,
entrepreneurs and others to showcase battery,
plug-in, hybrid and fuel cell programs, studies
and other initiatives to a broad industry
audience.
Cost to participate (per
poster):
• Students: $100
(School ID required)
• All
Others: $350
The poster fee includes one full conference registration and easel space.
How to apply:
Send an
email to ljohnson@electricdrive.org
with a brief description of your project and
poster materials. Poster Session
participants will be chosen by the EDTA
Conference Committee.
Application Deadline: October 31, 2008. Participants will be notified by November 10. Space is limited.
Set-up
Requirements:
All posters must be
set by 9:00am on Tuesday, December 2 and
removed from the hall no later than 4:00pm on
Thursday, December 4. Failure to set up or
remove your poster within the scheduled times
may result in loss of participation and/or
materials.
